This book is about a boy named Harry Potter. His parents died when he was little. They were killed by the evil wizard Voldemort. Voldemort tried to kill Harry but the curse rebounded off Harry and hit Voldemort instead. Voldemort was hurt very badly and went into hiding. Harry now lives with his Uncle Vernon and his Aunt Petunia and his cousin Dudley. Harry gets a letter that tells him he has been accepted to the wizard school called Hogwarts. It is a good book and you should read it if you like fantasy books.
